Sure, you can use the stock tank, REALLY need to sump it though. The pick up is too small, and faces the wrong way for any really HP motor. The headers are the same either way though. Just how you make the crossover is where the turbo will be placed.
The total HP with 10 psi is hard to say. Depends on what you are making now, and how much overlap that N/A cam has. It'll make 500rwhp if you want. Boost is only a measure of the restriction. Have a 302 doing 532rwhp right now.

Ok, sounds good.  How much for a pair of headers and a crossover for the passenger side turbo near where the battery used to be?  Thinking of running a T66

Also about how much for a bolt on turbo kit complete.  Similar to the Orange fastback.  All fuel system parts, Spark timing controllers, turbo headers, blow thru carb...ect.

Thanks,

The exhaust part of the turbo kit runs 1500. A complete kit will run you about 3950 give or take, depending on what parts exactly you wanted. If the brand or size turbo changes, could be more. Just depends. That's complete from hat down to your oil lines, including the hat gasket and silicone, everything. The fuel system will generally run you about 15-1600 in parts. AN lines and fitting in both directions, clamps to hold to the body, big pump and filter before and after, boost referenced reg, psi guage, etc.The rest of the kit like AFR moniter, boost guage and timing controls to do it safely and correctly could cost up to another 2k.

Nothing more fun than spinning the tires at 60mph. We usually recomend big heads, cam maybe a stroker for 500 HP, or even nitrous for 500 hp. BUT, if you are like the rest of us and have an addictive personality, 500 hp won't be enough for long. Then more boost, or a bigger turbo isn't far away, and the cost is worth it to easily upgrade to more HP.
