I am a student at the University of San Diego who is originally from Chicago. I was in the market for a car this past year and bought a beat up 1967 Silver Coupe Mustang (aka Pegasus because of my Greek background and the mystical legend of the untamable flying horse). I have been a Mustang enthusiast for my entire life and figure my first car should be no less than a beautiful pony. The Stang sat in the parking lot for 6 months due to many complications. I got a lot of shit from my friends for buying such a pain in the ass of a car haha. Fortunately, I found them money to fix her up but only had a month to rebuild the engine, rebuild the transmission, put a new radiator in, seat belts, bucket seats, fixed the broken right door, new horn, and many other little inconveniences all within a tight time schedule of a month. They had other projects in there hands and still got the job done perfectly. The moment the car got back into my hands I drove it all the way to Chicago from San Diego without any problems (expect the muffler fell off but I ran out of money to fix that so that's not their fault haha). Upon returning to Chicago, I scrapped up a few bucks for the MUCH needed headers and exhaust system. Even though they weren't getting the work, they still helped me out and told me which system to go with and where to order if from. Now my car runs like a champ and roars like a lion. There will be no more jokes coming my way from anyone, just glances of awe and jealousy as my Pony strolls down Central Street or down Mission Boulevard. There is till a lot of work to be done but you know where I'm going to go for a job well done. I want to give a personal thank you to Dustin and Richard for making my Mustang live once more. These guys are honest, hardworking, and priced fairly. There is no bullshit and I promise the relationship you will have with CPR Street Machines will be a long one...
