Hey I know that you guys are primarily classic cars, but I was wondering if you do work on newer cars as well. I've got an 05 v6 thats dying for a set of 3.73's and t-lok and was wondering what your price for install would be. Sorry for asking if i'm in the wrong place.

Thank you!   Cheesy

your in the right section Wink

if you  have the gears and the install kit already and bring it to us the labor to install it is $285.00. If you want us to get the gears and trac-loc we can and the install kit we can, just let me know if you have a preference on a make of the gear set  (ford racing... etc ) and I can get back to you on a complete kit and install price on Monday.
Thanks
 Rich

I'd like to go with Ford Racing gears.

What would be the total cost if you guys were to buy all the pieces plus labor?

If I was to buy the parts I would need the ring and pinion, t-lok unit and the master install kit right?

Thanks again!  Grin

Ok I was getting ancy, thanks for keeping me updated.  Grin

Its got the stock 7.5" rear end, open differential with 3.31 gears. I haven't seen a lot of places that offer Ford Racing gears for a 7.5" rear end but there are a few places.

If you'd rather let me know via email, my email is Metallicat885@hotmail.com or you can just repost in here. I've been checking them both daily so either one is fine.

Thanks again for all the help.  Cheesy

The trac-loc would be 280.00, Motive 3.73 Gears 179.00 (who makes the ford Racing gears), and the install kit for 95.00 which comes to 564.00 and then the install for 285.00.

I just got a deal on some gears and i'm waiting on the trac-loc so i'll just be supplying the parts myself.

Do you guys offer any kind of guarantee on your work? I know that a gear job has to be done by an experienced mechanic or it can ruin your new gears, trac-loc unit, bearings and even your rear end. Just curious if you offer any kind of guarantee so if anything happens i'd be safe.

And yes, although i'll probably want to, I know not to go doing wild burnouts and driving at full throttle until the bearings are broken in.  Cheesy

What I can warranty is I will install the parts correctly. What I can't warranty is if you drop the clutch and grenade them.  Grin  I've done quite a few  Wink and have never had a set come back with any type of problems.

we are a little too busy for a walk in. Just give us a call when you get the parts and we will figure out when the best time is for both of us and we will squeeze you in. Wink
