96 cobra

list of mods: bump-steer kit, negative wedge kit, coil over upgrade to front and rear, pan hard bar, mm lower control arms, and rebuild the traction lock and do the upgrade to it and gear swap.... and new wheels Grin

start with the front end and remove whats needed to do the initial swap from coil springs to coil overs and also press the ball joints out and install the new ones.





removed the back coils

on the bilstien coil conversion it is required to groove the shock.


coil over kit assembled

now is a good time to install the lower control arms...



here we are re installing a new gear set and rebuilding the traction lock with the housing cleaned and ready for install.


install of the front coil overs and bumpsteer and balljoints

 the rear coil overs installed. The coil overs still need to come out to do the pan hard install but we need to get a new ride height prior to do so.


with the front and rear reinstalled we adjust the ride height and install the panhard


with the pan hard installed we need to adjust the rear center and the make the bar parallel to the ground

customer brought her back in for some more upgrades!!!

time for the T45 to come out and get upgraded to a T56 Shocked

new SFI block plate and scatter shield
custom 3" aluminum drive-shaft
drive-shaft safety loop
4.10 gears
TA girdle
